Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@example.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@example.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number for faster processing.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@example.com.
